Service was outstanding, I used this service to relocate my elderly family to another state.
I will use this dealer again, I would purchase a wheelchair accessible van if I needed one all the time, but having an option to rent one was invaluable.
My mother recently purchased a used wheelchair accessible van through Mr. Bargatze and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. She initially thought she would buy a new van, but suffered sticker shock with the first number they quoted. Mr. Bargatze was patient and knew Mom definitely wanted to buy, so he facilitated the purchase of an awesome, gently-used van. Now, she is able to pick up her husband at his assisted living facility and go wherever their heart desires.

Absolutely no problems with the rental service. They answer their phone calls and their emails, which I really appreciate. The rental went great and all the functions of the vehicle (motorized ramp, wheelchair stabilizer locks, wheelchair seat belt) worked perfectly. My mom can't wait for me to rent from them again! She was so happy that we rented a vehicle which made it EASY for her to travel around town while still seated in her motorized wheelchair.
