I was excited to find this place today. I grew up in West Tennessee where Taco John's was popular. I think this store opened very recently and it sure seemed that way. There were about nine people working behind the counter and it still took 16 minutes to get a simple order of two tacos. It was pretty good but not as good as I remembered from 20 years ago. Hard tacos are 2 for $2.78, so about the same cost as Taco Bell. It's another nice option for a (?) quick taco, but it's not going to really rock your world. I understand they still have Taco Tuesday, with tacos for 89 cents. They would be a bargain at that price.
I’m actually in here now as i type. People have been raving about the food. The food is very good! I was greeted by a well season manager. I didn’t get her name, but she made sure i was taken care of and brung me a fork and napkins that i forgot to get myself. I haven’t gotten this kind of service in a fast food restaurant ever! Better than a lot of restaurants! Also, a family who came in said they drove 2 hours here! Excellent experience!
I love Taco Johns! The food is great!! It's a very well known name out west but still growing in this area. Due to the fact that it is a brand new store, it lacks experience and can take a while to get your order. Miss Brenda is the best and makes sure that you are taken care of!! It's well worth the wait!!
Great food. They are still training and it's the only Mexican fast food worth eating these days so it's getting a lot of business. Be prepared to wait a while but I thought it was well worth it. Great to have a good taco again at a great price. The stuffed grilled taco was exceptionally tasty. Pepsi products but those new coke machines cannot produce the actual beverage known as Coca cola so I guess we can kiss Coke goodbye at most fast food chains. Nothing lasts forever.
Y'all need more credit! For fast food y'all were friendly and helpful. Cheap prices and great food. Mackenzie was sweet and well mannered. Y'all do need to provide jackets for your employees. Bless her heart she was chilly.
