Close to a busy intersection. A/C drowned it out, but noise might come through in winter? Other side facing away is much quieter.
I'd definitely book it again ...
Tons of channels on TV, including expensive movie channels, but TV didn't appear to be HD.

Stayed 4 nights while at a soccer tourney. Thought it was a solid basic motel experience. Building in good shape, room clean, with everything working. Nice little pool in back, clean w/patio. Room a/c cold. Staff at desk, service, and owner/mgr very nice. Breakfast of eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, donuts (good ones!), juice, etc. from 6-9. Nice touches ... USB portals by bed, small refridge and microwave, coffee maker, free USA Today.
I had to have a non-smoking room due to allergies, and they were one of the few in the area to guarantee it. Room had a hint of smoke, but bedding and carpet didn't smell, so I was OK. I got a room freshener from a nearby Target, and had no problems.
Lots of regulars evidently stay there, so that says something.
Clean room and friendly staff. However, the fire alarm went off during the breakfast and the staff didn't do a very good job of informing guest that things were ok.
House keeping was very loud around 6 to 7 this morning... Other than that it was great
Staff was rude. I book my King non smoking room online. I got there with confirmation number.And it wasn't available .I had to take smoking room with 2 beds. Room wasn't clean, walls were discolored, tub stopped up during shower. I wasn't offered an apology for the incompetence or inconvenience.
