A friend of mine and I purchased roughly $400 worth of maple from them a couple weeks ago. I understand not a massive order by any stretch, but still well above their $200 minimum order. When we were splitting the lumber we realized they had shorted us 40 bf of our 4/4 material and 5 bf short on our 8/4 material (not a huge issue but it adds up quick) . When we called to ask what we could do, they were rude, had many excuses for the reason why we were short, wanted us to drive an hour and fifteen minutes back for them to verify and weren't willing to do much for us. After much persistence they refunded my card for $37. Great! Less than 1/3 of what was missing. Pretty upset with the outcome and I will definitely be checking ALL boards before leaving my next time there. They have the best prices and are one of the only suppliers in the area that I have come across.
