I want to know what gives you'r cops the right to jump someone's privacy fence and shoot their family boxer?? They were responding to a call at a neighbors! This kind of action is what makes people have disrespect for police.
His actions were not only unnecessary, but uncalled for. He left a family devastated because this "cop" wanted to flex his power. I hope the owner of the dog presses charges and sues the city and him.
I sure you will try to come up with some "rule", but mace, or looking before you jump would have been the smart and humane thing to do. I also found out the police let him lay for over an hour dying before calling someone to try and help him.... then it was too late
