The staff is very nice and understanding with all situations as well. Good community to live and great friendly neighbors as well.

However SUPER quiet and private

I guess the lack of a pool gets made up for by easy access to food groceries and being left alone!

The pics they have up are fake. Everything that goes wrong will be your fault. I found a leak when the manager could not find it. He claimed it was the rain gathering up in the hole. The lady in the office isn't very friendly. Its a come and stay place the only reason we stayed is because it was cheaper than everyone else. Then we flooded I will add pics soon

Very few amenities

Do not recommend this place. It's mainly people living in RV's. The maintenance guy will blame you for everything that needs to be fixed. I had a 50 amp breaker trip while running 2 a.c. and some lights. They had someone come out to check it and they told me that I was pulling to many amps after I turn everything on. Since then I hooked up to 2 different campgrounds electric and ran both a.c. and light without tripping there breakers. I also had a water leak where I connect my water hose and they told it was my connection wasn't on tight enough. I found the leak on the PVC pipe coming from the ground and that is when they fixed it. While I was there they would have live music and Karaoke which was fine but it went on to long like 2 in the morning and had it on Sundays and my daughter had school, and My wife and I had to work the next day. I will not go back

It's definitely not the nicest campground I've ever stayed at. It has old facilities, and the sites aren't consistently level. But, the residents are nice. The area is fairly quiet. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. They're working on the campground, adding a few sites and upgrading some things. I would recommend it if your in need of a place to stay.

Simple little campground to pull in for the night, which is exactly what we needed at the time. It was just a pit stop on the way to Talladega for us. Management was great and friendly. Neighbor kids welcomed us right off the bat and even checked on us when they heard a loud band from our camper to see if we were okay or needed any help (darn spring loaded underbed storage). Full hook ups worked. We weren’t really needing full amenities or entertainment for the night. They let us have a fire, drink out beer and nobody bothered us. In our books, that’s a successful night of camping.
